Ingredients
- 1 packet tortellini
- 2 cloves garlic)
- acon
- 200 ml broth
- 200 ml whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 50 g processed cheese
- Herbs, Italian style, freshness
- Chives for sprinkling
- some olive oil

- Cook the tortellini al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, peel the garlic cloves, beat them once and fry them whole in a little heated olive oil. Cut the bacon into strips, add and leave out. Now remove the garlic, deglaze with the stock and whipped cream and bring to the boil. Stir in processed cheese and Gouda cheese and dissolve. Chop the herbs and add them. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with a little chives to serve.
