Ingredients

  • 400 g tortellini with ricotta fillin (coolin shelf)
  • Salt water
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g cheese (old Gouda), rated
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the chives and basil into small pieces.
  2. Bring the cream and processed cheese to the boil in a saucepan while stirring. Add the chives and bring to the boil again. Add the Gouda and stir well. Mix in the basil and pour the cheese sauce onto the tortellini.
