Wash, quarter and core the tomatoes. Finely dice the pulp. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix the diced tomatoes and onions with the chili sauce.
Clean the lettuce, wash it, shake it dry and cut into fine strips. Mix the cream cheese and creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper. Brush the tortillas with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with paprika powder. Wash, chop and sprinkle parsley on top. Spread the turkey breast, sauce and strips of lettuce on top. Roll up each tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Carefully cut the rolls into approx. 3 cm thick slices and garnish with parsley.
Can be prepared well as a party snack, then always take double the amount!
