- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 g suar, fine
- 80 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 g wheat flour type 405
- 400 g trail mix

- The dough is enough for 3 trays of 9 to 10 pieces.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Then heat the butter (covered) in the microwave at 300 watts for about two to three minutes.
- Put the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the sugar in a mixing bowl and add the sifted baking powder. Roughly chop the trail mix and set aside.
- Put the butter in the mixing bowl and mix everything carefully with the mixer (whisk). Then stir in the egg and whip the mixture until creamy. Replace the whisk with a dough hook and stir the sifted flour into the mixture until an even dough is formed. Then add the trail mix and stir until the mixture is even.
- Place the dough in portions (approx. 1 tablespoon per cookie) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Approx. 9-10 cookies fit on a tray. Since the dough rises a lot during baking, the spaces between the cookies should be sufficient.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven. Bake the cookies at 170 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. If you take the cookies out of the oven after about 15 minutes, they are usually still soft after they have cooled down in the middle. If you like it crispy, you can bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
- Tip: As the cookies are still very soft after baking, they should rest for about 10 minutes before removing them from the tray.
