Ingredients

  • 400 g apricot (s)
  • 150 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 300 g yourt
  • 600 ml buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and stone the apricots. Finely dice the marzipan.
  2. Finely puree the marzipan, vanilla sugar and apricots with yogurt and buttermilk.
  3. Divide between 4 glasses and serve.
