Ingredients

  • 250 g honeydew melon (s), weihed and prepared
  • 340 g peach (s), pitted
  • 230 g banana (s)
  • 180 g kiwi (s), yellow and reen
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 1 kg preserving sugar (: )

Instructions

  1. Cut the honeydew melon, peaches and bananas into pieces. Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Put the fruits in a saucepan.
  2. Squeeze the lime, orange and lemon (the juice should be 250 ml) and add to the fruits. Bring the whole thing to the boil and then puree. Add the citric acid and the preserving sugar and stir well.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes and then pour everything into sterile jars. Screw the lid on well and turn everything upside down for 5 - 10 minutes. Then turn it over again and let it cool down.
