Instructions

  1. Clean the trout, rub it with the spice and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put a few lemon wedges in the abdominal cavity, drip oil and wine and wrap the fish in foil. Fry in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. White wine tastes best with this dish.
