Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 70 g rilled bell pepper (s) or tomato, out the lass
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 handful chives rolls
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the tomato paste and the liquid from the tuna. Then drain the peppers or tomatoes well, chop them into small pieces and add to the quark together with the chives and tuna. Then crumble the feta cheese over the quark and mix everything well. Finally season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and plenty of paprika powder and place in the fridge until serving.
  2. Note: If you choose grilled bell peppers, the whole dip will be a bit more spicy. With grilled or baked tomatoes a bit sweet. If you like to eat garlic, you can also add a little garlic or use tomatoes or peppers pickled with garlic.
