Ingredients

  • 250 g rice
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 30 g fat
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 60 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and drain the tuna in a colander. Cut the onions and mushrooms, heat the fat in a pan and steam the onions in it. Add the tuna and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Mix in the rice and heat while turning. Season to taste with salt and paprika. Stir in part of the cheese and sprinkle with the rest of the dish.
  2. Side dish: curry sauce with pineapple pieces
