Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in its own juice
  • 600 g veetables (Asian veetables), frozen
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 30 g peanut butter or satay sauce
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Put the vegetables in a wok or in a large pan and steam them on the highest setting until the vegetables have soaked up almost all of the water.
  2. Drain, chop and add the tuna. Season well with curry, a little with paprika and, if necessary, with chilli. Sear it lightly and deglaze with the coconut milk. Season well with curry, paprika and chilli. Stir in the peanut butter or satay sauce as required, simmer a little and season to taste.
  3. A serving of rice is ideal as a side dish.
