Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 500 g chicken, lamb or beef
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • some coriander green, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic in it. Add the meat and fry well.
  2. Add the curry and stir. Stir in the coconut milk and water, bring to the boil and simmer until the meat is soft and the sauce has the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. I always have jasmine rice with it.
