Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • some vegetable oil
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 cans tuna in its own juice
  • 50 ml curry sauce (mango curry)
  • 50 ml broth
  • 10 apricot (s), dried, more if desired
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 dash lemon (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Thai curry powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into wedges and fry in a little vegetable oil until golden. Fry the finely chopped garlic cloves briefly. Then add the drained tuna and stir everything well. Deglaze with the stock and coconut milk. Stir in the mango curry sauce, the Thai curry powder and the chopped apricots. Finally, add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
  2. Rice goes well with it.
