Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, in oil
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Pour off the tuna oil into a small pan, heat it and fry the chopped onion in it until translucent. Slice the tuna and place in a buttered casserole dish. Spread the onion on top of the tuna. Mix the milk and flour in a saucepan, add the butter and heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in half of the cheese. Slice the tomatoes and layer them on top of the fish and onions, then pour the cheese sauce over them. Mix the breadcrumbs with the rest of the cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C until golden brown.
  2. Crispy baguette and green salad go well with this.
