  • 350 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 180 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g corn flakes
  • 100 g chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Work the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and butter into a dough. Then knead the corn flakes and the chocolate shavings into the dough.
  2. Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the piles, as the cookies get bigger as they bake.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cookies are light golden yellow.
  4. Then carefully lift the biscuits from the baking tray and let them cool down on a wire rack or oven shelf.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can add 125 g of raisins to the batter.
