Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower until soft and mix with the minced meat. Crush any remaining stems. Add the egg, parmesan and harissa. Pluck the leaves from the parsley, chop them into small pieces and add to the mince. Season carefully with salt, pepper and paprika. You can use a little more harissa if you like, but be careful, the harissa only really comes through when it is warm.
  2. Form meatballs from the mixture, dust with a little flour and slowly fry in hot fat.
  3. The meatballs are a delicacy that goes down well at every party. We actually almost only eat this variant.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
