Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 4 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 2 cans tuna in oil

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

To garnish:

  • 1 lettuce (s), cleaned
  • 1 can / s sardines in oil, with skin
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, eighths
  • 1 jar black olives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and onion into cubes. Slice the fennel into thin slices. Mix everything with the tuna.
  2. Mix the dressing with the remaining ingredients and fold in.
  3. Spread the lettuce leaves on a large round plate and add the prepared salad and garnish with the sardines, egg wafers and olives. Sprinkle with parsley.
