Turkey (baby Turkey) in Roasting Tube

• 1 turkey (baby turkey)
• Apples
• Sage, tarragon (use fresh herbs if possible)
• mustard
• 1 cup broth

Instructions

1. Clean the turkey, fill it with apples, rub mustard, salt and pepper on top, add a few herbs (sage and tarragon).
2. Place the turkey in a roasting tube, add 1 cup of stock, roast in the oven at 175 degrees for an hour.
3. Then take the turkey out of the tube and brown it under the grill, make a sauce out of the stock (add the cream and let it simmer)
