Ingredients
- 500 g turkey meat
- 100 ml condensed milk, 4%
- 1 banana (s)
- Curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Cut the turkey meat into small pieces, pepper and fry in the oil until crispy. Scatter 1 teaspoon of curry powder on top and turn again. Pour the condensed milk (like a cream substitute) over it. Add another 3 teaspoons of curry to the sauce and stir. Crush the banana and add to the turkey curry. Simmer until the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with rice and a nice green salad.
