  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 bottle curry sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry the turkey meat well and place in a large baking dish. Spread the pineapple and mushrooms in the pan. Mix the sour cream, cream and curry sauce together and pour over the meat in the mold.
  2. In the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Rice is best served as a side dish. Also tastes great on the second day.
