Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, (Bourbon vanilla)
  • 40 g suar
  • 440 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with the vanilla sugar and the sugar to the boil and simmer briefly. Then chill.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold it into the cooled vanilla milk.
  3. Chill the mixture for at least two hours and then use the ice cream maker to make ice. Observe the operating instructions!
