Veal Entrecote with Rosemary and Thyme

What could be better and tastier than a piece of juicy grilled meat with fresh herbs!

Ingredients

  • Veal entrecote – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh thyme – 2 sprigs
  • Fresh rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • Olive oil – 20 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Wrap one piece of entrecote with sprigs of rosemary, and the other with sprigs of thyme. Lubricate the meat with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill pan. Cook the meat until medium rare – first 4 minutes on one side. Then 4 minutes on the other side.
  3. Then we put the entrecote “on the bone”. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
