Ingredients

  • 400 g veal fillet (s)
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g olives, reen
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 lime (s), or their peels, grated, and juice
  • Salt pepper
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the veal fillet and chop finely. Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil and leave to cool. Finely chop olives and capers. Mix the meat with the ingredients (onions to limes), season with salt and pepper. Form 4 dumplings out of it, sprinkle with the parmesan and drizzle with the olive oil.
