Veal Fillet with Parmesan, Arugula and Onion

Veal with fried onions and arugula and parmesan salad.

Ingredients

  • Veal (fillet pieces approximately 1-1.5 cm thick) – 120 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Arugula – 1 bunch
  • Parmesan cheese – 30 g
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a 1: 2 ratio (1 spoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of vinegar). Add arugula. Layout the thin slices of Parmesan. Mix.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into large rings. Preheat your grill. Fry the onion slices without oil on both sides. Place on a plate.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon. a spoon of olive oil. Lay out the meat. Fry the meat on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place arugula and parmesan pillow on a plate. Sprinkle with veal and onion on top. Decorate with arugula.
