Veal Minions

Veal minions are a wonderful dish that will decorate any festive table, be it New Year’s or someone’s birthday! Minions are prepared on the basis of tender veal tenderloin. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Veal tenderloin – 1 Piece
  • Bacon – 6 Slices
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – To taste
  • Olive oil – To taste

Directions

  1. You will need this veal tenderloin.
  2. Cut out three pieces from the central part, 6 cm thick.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into strips. Fry the onions in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add carrot and pepper cut into strips. Fry the vegetables until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. We put each piece of the tenderloin on the cut, press it down with the palm of your hand to become thinner. We wrap the sides with slices of bacon and tie with a thread.
  6. Fry minions in vegetable oil. 3-4 minutes on each side. I fry in a grill pan.
  7. Transfer the minions to a baking dish. Put vegetables on the sides. Grease the meat with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. We bake for 20 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
