Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Recipe for about 10 extracts, you can also vary the size of the dough balls.
  2. Knead the flour, the yeast, the soy milk, the egg substitute made from the mixed soy flour, sunflower oil and water, the sugar, the margarine and the salt into a dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. I recommend preheating the oven to 50 degrees, turning off the oven and letting the dough rise there.
  3. Shape equal sized pieces of about 50 g into balls and cover in the oven for another 20 minutes. They should have doubled in size after this time.
  4. Heat the frying fat to 175 ° C.
  5. Pull the dough balls apart so that the middle is nice and thin and a nice bead has formed on the outside. Be careful not to tear, otherwise start over.
  6. Now bake golden yellow on both sides in the hot fat. After removing, place only one side on kitchen paper and after about 2 minutes sprinkle sugar over it.
