- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large carrot (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 tomato (s), peeled or tomato paste
- 1 large mushroom, fresher
- 2 cups cream
- salt and pepper
- Lasagne plate (s) (without precooking)
- Cheese, for gratin
- Herbs, ital.
- Broth, grains
- some olive oil

- This sauce is ideal for a vegetable lasagne or spaghetti.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and add about 1 1/2 cups of cream. Season to taste with broth. The sauce for the spaghetti is ready.
