Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 m. Eggplant (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), (color your choice)
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 300 g sheep cheese, (feta)
- some herbs, to taste
- possibly powdered sugar, (for children)

- Wash the zucchini, aubergine, tomatoes and peppers and cut into small pieces (cubes or strips, as desired). Then mix the vegetables with the tablespoon of oil and herbs to taste.
- Place the sheep`s cheese in the middle of a baking dish, spread the vegetables around it. Baked in the oven at 220 ° for about 15 minutes.
- Noodles, potatoes, rice and bread go well as a side dish.
- For children, dust the sheep`s cheese a little with powdered sugar before gratinating.
