Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
- 200 g quark
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs yeast, fresh
- 100 ml cream
- 700 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
For the filling:
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
For decoration:
- 10 cherry tomato (s)
- 2 hot peppers
- 10 olives

- 1 egg yolk

- Mix all the liquid ingredients together for the dough. Mix the flour and baking powder together, gradually add and prepare the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Shape the dough into small balls, brushing your hands with oil. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the balls over it. Brush your hands with oil every now and then. Make a well in the balls with your fingers and fill them with sheep cheese and parsley. Decorate with tomatoes, peppers and olives and let the balls rise for another 15 minutes.
- Brush with an egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes.
