Ingredients

  • 1 packet waffles (fresh egg)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cremefine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons jam (strawberry or raspberry), or pureed fruit

Instructions

  1. Place the waffles in a flat baking dish with the deep curves facing up.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet, stirring briefly
  3. Let cool down and spread on the waffles, let cool down for about 10 minutes.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with sour cream, quark, lemon juice and sugar. Spread the cream mixture over the pudding. Spread jam or pureed fruit on top of the cream mixture and marble with a fork.
