Ingredients
Minced meat – 1 Kilogram
Sheet wafers – 6 pieces
Onion – 1 Piece
Cheese – 150 Grams
Sour cream – 200 Grams
Milk – 100 Milliliters
Tomato paste – 5 Tbsp. spoons
Spices – 1 To taste
Processed cheese – 100 grams
Directions
Let’s make the stuffing. To do this, add cubed processed cheese, milk, onions and spices. Mix thoroughly.
Spread the filling evenly over all waffle sheets, and let it soften a little. After that, roll them up into tubes and put them on a greased baking sheet.
Dilute flour in lukewarm water (about half a glass). Add to sour cream. Here – spices and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly. Grease the rolls on top with this sauce.
Now sprinkle our dish with grated hard cheese and put it in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
