Waffles With Minced Meat in Batter

This appetizer can be prepared quickly enough. The dish turns out to be hearty and tasty. Any ingredients can be chosen as the filling: minced meat, sausage, cheese, mushrooms, chicken, and so on.

Ingredients
- Wafer cakes – 40 Pieces (1 package)
- Chicken fillet – 400 Grams
- Onion – 1 Piece
- Eggs – 3 Pieces
- Flour – 4 Art. spoons
- Salt, ground black pepper – To taste
- Vegetable oil – 3-4 Tbsp. spoons (for frying)
- Lard – 80-90 Grams
- Garlic – 1 Clove
Directions
- Let’s prepare products for cutlets.
- Lard with meat must be washed and dried. Peel the onion and garlic. We cut everything into small pieces.
- Prepare the minced meat. This can be done with a fine-mesh meat grinder or with a blender. Place the meat, bacon, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender bowl. Turn everything into mince.
- Take a waffle crust and gently spread the minced meat on it evenly. Cover with a second waffle crust and press down a little to make them stick together.
- Shape all patties in this way.

Mix eggs with salt and ground pepper. You can make a batter with flour, just not too thick. I like it more without flour. Dip the cutlets in batter and send to the pan.
- Fry in vegetable oil over low heat until light brown.
- Turn over and fry on the other side. Done
