Waffle Cone with Chocolate Cream

Dessert “Warm Ice Cream” – waffles are rolled into cones and then filled with sour cream with cocoa and gelatin.

Ingredients

  • Margarine – 80 g
  • Sugar – 80 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 160 g
  • Baking powder – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Milk – 0.5-0.75 cups
  • Lemon zest (optional) – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Homemade sour cream – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 0.25 cups

Directions

  1. Beat margarine with sugar, add yolks, and beat again.
  2. Pour in milk gradually and add flour. Stir everything until smooth.
  3. Beat the whites, add them to the dough.
  4. Heat the waffle iron and grease. Pour 1 tablespoon in the middle. a spoon of dough. Bake waffles until golden brown.
  5. Roll the finished waffles in the form of horns immediately, until they have hardened.
  6. Prepare the chocolate cream for the waffle cones. Soak gelatin in cool water, and then, after 5-10 minutes, melt in a water bath.
  7. Whisk homemade sour cream with sugar and cocoa into a lush cream.
  8. Continuing to beat, pour in the gelatin.
  9. Fill the waffle cones with the finished cream, leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
