Ingredients

  • 1 glass celery, drained, approx. 200g
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 4 tablespoon pineapple, cut into pieces (canned)
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Drain the celery. Peel and grate the apple and pour the lime juice over it. Mix in a bowl, add the pineapple pieces and stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Also tastes good with pieces of tangerine
  3. Less than 2 pts per serving
