  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 250 g chanterelles (chanterelles)
  • 100 g meat (smoked)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • Flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • fat

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel and season.
  2. For the filling: Chop the chanterelles, smoked meat and parsley and sauté briefly in hot fat. Salt, pepper, add one or two eggs and stir everything well until the egg has bonded with the other ingredients. Fill the schnitzel with this filling and knock it together around the edges, bread it and slowly bake it in the fat.
  3. Potato and / or main salad goes best with it.
