Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • some mustard, medium hot or hot
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 slices ham, Black Forest
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s), whisked,
  • breadcrumbs
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Process the schnitzel with a steaker and brush with a little mustard. Sprinkle cheese on top and place a slice of Black Forest ham on top. Put a strip of paprika in the middle, roll up and fix with a toothpick.
  2. First roll in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
