Watermelon Salad with Curd and Carrot Balls

Everyone can make a magnificent light salad of juicy watermelon with uniquely tender curd balls. It is especially suitable for a festive table, as it is original and invariably tasty.

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 70 g
  • Watermelon – 200 g
  • Liqueur – 40 ml
  • Flax seeds – 15 g
  • Pears – 150 g
  • Raspberries – 100 g
  • Creamy curd cream – 100 g
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Vanillin
  • Fat sour cream – 70 g
  • Fat cottage cheese – 150 g
  • Honey – 15 g

It is better to make a dressing with the addition of liquor, then a unique note of taste will appear, the aroma will become saturated. The curd balls roll quickly, there is no difficulty in this process. We will make our salad without sugar.

Directions

  1. We cut the pears into beautiful identical slices, peel these slices from the middle, remove the peel. We put it in a salad bowl. It is highly advisable to sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent browning of these pieces.
  2. Pour in the washed raspberries.
  3. With an ordinary deep round spoon, select the pulp of the watermelon. It turns out beautiful balls.
  4. We send it to the fruit.
  5. Pour flax seeds into the salad.
  6. We make curd mass for balls. Add sour cream and honey to the curd.
  7. Pour in a small amount of salt.
  8. Add vanillin. We knead and sculpt balls with clean hands.
  9. Rub the carrots on a fine grater.
  10. Roll the balls into the carrots.
  11. We make a dressing from the liqueur and cream cheese dessert. Quite instead of cottage cheese cream, you can use cottage cheese whipped with sour cream or yogurt.
  12. We layout the watermelon salad on portioned plates pour over the dressing.
  13. Put carrot and cottage cheese balls on top. Decorate the festive fresh watermelon salad with tiny mint leaves, if any.
  14. Serve watermelon salad with curd-carrot balls immediately so that the watermelon does not drip.
