  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 1 kg beef (braised beef)
  • 60 g tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • 0.5 ½ bottle beer, light
  • Cornstarch
  • liter ⅛ cream

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions and sauté in hot oil.
  2. Sear the meat cut into cubes in another saucepan.
  3. Now add the tomato paste, onions and lemon peel, salt and pepper.
  4. Deglaze the whole thing with the beer and the stock and let it stew until the meat is cooked through.
  5. Whisk the cornstarch with the cream and use it to bind the gravy.
