Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • thyme
  • Clove powder
  • salt
  • some lemon (a piece peel)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 5 tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in the oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Dice tomatoes and peppers. Peel, core and dice the apple and add to the minced meat with the tomatoes and peppers. Braise thoroughly, season with salt, paprika, thyme, cloves and cayenne pepper and add a little lemon zest.
  2. Top up with the broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lemon peel and season to taste.
  3. Cut the bananas into slices and fold in, brown the almonds lightly without fat and sprinkle over the stew before serving.
