- 200 g chocolate, white
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 600 ml milk
- 40 ice cubes

- Heat the white chocolate with the coconut milk until it melts, then chill. Crush the ice cubes in a blender at high speed. Then add the milk and the cold white coconut chocolate, puree, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
- Go with it as toppings: caramelized nuts or sweetened red currants.
