Ingredients
- 800 g milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 handfuls whole coffee beans
- 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut, roasted

- Mix the cold milk with the coffee beans. Place in a sealable container and close tightly. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day (even better 2 days).
- Then heat the milk with the beans and add sugar. Let everything stand for about 5 minutes and then strain. Mix with the roasted coconut flakes and fill.
- Serve garnished with a few desiccated coconut.
