  • 500 g pretzel (s), stale, cut into thin slices
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g wild arlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk with 50 g butter, add salt and spices. Sweat the onion in 50 g butter until translucent, mix with the milk, eggs and finely chopped wild garlic under the cut pretzels. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Form dumplings from the mass, soak in boiling salted water and let stand for about 15 minutes. Don`t cook anymore!
