Ingredients

  • 250 g pretzel stick (s) or pretzel rolls from the day before
  • 200 g milk
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Dice the rolls. Heat the milk slightly and pour over it. Dice the onion and add it with the eggs. Knead everything lightly and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  2. Then form dumplings out of the mass and let them simmer in boiling salted water.
