Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 bunch wild herbs
- 1 shallot (s) or onion
- 1 package sheep`s cheese (e.g. from Salakis), approx. 200 g
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- Seeds and nuts (sunflower, pumpkin, pine nuts, walnuts, cashew nuts)
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Wash and spin the lettuce. Then cut the sheep cheese into cubes. It is best to quarter the tomatoes and cut the shallot into small cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl.
- Either combine the above-mentioned seeds and nuts according to taste and needs and chop them or buy a ready-made mixture of seeds for a salad.
- For the dressing, simply mix all the ingredients together in a glass. Add to the rest of the salad together with the seeds and kernels just before serving. Mix everything well and then serve.
- The amount is enough for 4 salad bowls.
