Ingredients

  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ pineapple juice
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, collect the juice, measure 250 ml. Mix the custard powder and cornstarch with the pineapple juice and sugar. Bring the wine to the boil, stir in the mixture, bring to the boil once.
  2. Let the pudding cool down well (approx. 45 - 60 minutes) and stir from time to time.
  3. Whip the cream and fold into the pudding with the pineapple pieces.
