- 500 ml white wine, drier
- 300 ml apple juice, clearer
- 120 ml Aperol
- 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup
- 4 orange slice (s) (untreated)

- Put the white wine, apple juice, Aperol and elderflower syrup in a saucepan and heat slowly.
- Meanwhile, put the orange slices in 4 heat-resistant glasses.
- As soon as the aperol mixture is really hot, use a ladle to spread it over the 4 glasses.
