Ingredients
- 3 cl Aperol
- 6 cl ginger beer
- some ice cubes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- slice cucumber (s)
- olives

- Put the ice cubes in the glass. Pour Aperol over it and top up with ginger beer.
- Add a few cucumber slices if you like. A sprig of rosemary and 1 - 2 olives also go well with the spiciness of the ginger berry.
- Note: Ginger beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic drink, is similar to ginger ale, but contains a higher proportion of ginger and therefore tastes more intense and spicy.
