- 0.5 liter ½ apple juice
- 0.5 liter ½ grape juice, red
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 carnation (s)
- 1 orange (s), untreated

- Put the apple juice, grape juice, cinnamon stick and the cloves in a tall saucepan and heat. Slice and squeeze the orange and cut the peel into eight large pieces.
- When the punch starts to boil, turn off the stove and add the orange peel. Let the saucepan stand on the plate and let it steep for about ten minutes.
- Finally, remove the orange peel, cloves and the cinnamon stick. Stir the fresh orange juice into the finished punch.
- Goes well with cakes, stollen and cookies. Also a pleasure cold!
