- 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen raspberries
- 8 lime (s), organic
- 6 stalks mint, fresh
- 3 tablespoon cane sugar, brown
- 3 liters ginger ale
- 4 handfuls ice cubes, (crushed ice)
- vodka

- Clean and slice the strawberries. Cut the limes into six wedges and then cut them in half. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems. Put the lime, mint (except for a few leaves for decoration) and sugar in a saucepan and mash with a wooden spoon.
- Pour crushed ice into a punch bowl. Top with the lime mixture and strawberries. Top up with the ice-cold ginger ale. If you like, you can refine the punch with vodka. Both tastes wonderful! Prepare the drink and serve it immediately, otherwise the limes will pull too much and the magic drink will be bitter.
- Tip:
- Outside the strawberry season, you can also take frozen raspberries.
