Ingredients

  • 3 pointed peppers, red, or 2 normal red peppers
  • 50 g rocket, about half a packae
  • 3 slices smoked salmon
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish (cream)
  • 3 large wrap (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the paprika, salmon and rocket as finely as possible, mix everything with the sour cream and cream horseradish, season with pepper and salt (be careful with the salt, the salmon is already salty).
  2. Divide the mixture into thirds and divide each half of the three wraps, then roll up from the filled side. Put the rolls in a cool place for about half an hour and then cut them into rolls about the thickness of a finger. That makes about 30 rolls.
  3. If you prepare the rolls in good time and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours, they will thank you with an even better taste and you will get even more praise.

  5. Since wraps are usually offered in packs of 6, rocket is also packed in double the amount, and salmon usually too, it is advisable to make the recipe in double the amount.
