Chicken Rolls with Liver, Bell Pepper and Celery

Chicken roll with liver, bell pepper and celery is an original, bright and tasty dish that will captivate you with its juiciness and a pleasant combination of chicken fillet, tender liver, vegetables and herbs. An exquisite, tasty and beautiful dish can be prepared simply and quickly enough, showing quite a bit of imagination.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 3 pcs. (700 g)
  • Chicken liver – 200-250 g
  • Celery (petioles) – 1 pc. (50 g)We prepare products.
    In the cooking process, we need cling film and foil.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 70 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Fresh dill – 20 g
  • Green onions – 20 g
  • Seasoning for chicken – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products. In the cooking process, we need cling film and foil.
  2. We wash the chicken liver, cut off the veins and films. Cut the liver into small random pieces.
  3. Melt half the butter in a frying pan.
  4. Put the liver in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  5. We wash and grind the greens.
  6. Rinse the celery stalk and cut into small cubes.
  7. Add greens and a celery stalk to the liver. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper at the end of frying. Let it cool. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  9. Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. In each fillet we make shallow cuts in the center, as well as on the right and left, opening the fillet as wide as possible.
  10. We beat off the chicken fillet through cling film from both sides.
  11. Rub the chicken fillet with salt, pepper and seasoning.
  12. Peel and cut the bell peppers into cubes.(Divide the fried liver, remaining butter and bell pepper by the number of pieces of beaten chicken.)
  13. Put some liver with vegetables and pepper cubes on the beaten off chicken fillet
  14. Gently roll the fillet with a roll.
  15. We spread the resulting roll on foil. Put a couple of pieces of butter on top.
  16. Wrap the roll tightly with foil.
  17. Do this with all the fillets and filling. Put all chicken rolls in foil in a baking dish and send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
  18. We take out the finished chicken rolls with liver, bell pepper and celery from the oven, remove the foil. Rolls are good both hot and cold, cut into portions and serve with a side dish or on your own.
